Four fabulously talented and beautiful girls will bring you to tears with exquisite vocals and breathtaking instrumental renditions of your favourite tracks. Add some edgy choreography and spine-
They were chosen by Johnny Young to Open the Young Talent Time Show from over 30,000 auditions Australia Wide. Quatro have won a Golden Fiddle Award in Tamworth where they raised much needed funds following the devastating Bundaberg floods. The girls toured the outback raising money for the charity Angel Flight. They have performed at Parliament House and delighted festival audiences from Mackay to Coffs Harbour. Recently the band won the promoters choice at the Australian Street Entertainment Championships at Surfers Paradise.
The following excerpt from Jammit Woodford -
“And then, in the twinkling of an eye, the stage was cleared and Jammit was transported to a parallel universe, where guitars and drums transformed into 3 violins and a cello and Jammit band regulars morphed into a quartet of nubile nymphs (who claimed to be 18) complete with classic dark blue gowns and angelic voices.
For the remaining 45 mins Jammit patrons were transfixed with a fascinating blend of Celtic, pop, and rock music performed with precision, grace, and passion, including a version of ‘Hallelujah’ which Leonard Cohen would have tearfully applauded (as did I) and Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ likewise. Needless to say their finale was met with a well deserved standing ovation.
The group was ‘QUATRO’. Remember that name because in years to come, while ‘QUATRO’ enchant larger local and global audiences, we at Jammit will look back to the night we witnessed them, on stage at the Woodford Bowls Club.
Special thanks to the Jammit gods for making this possible and ensuring that the stage setup and sound quality allowed us to enjoy ‘QUATRO’ at their best. Jammit will never be the same again.”

Amity begged her parents to allow her to learn violin and would hide under the bed playing her sister’s violin until they relented. Amity took to the instrument like a duck to water and has gone on to win many awards and competitions. She was awarded her Amus A diploma at the age of fifteen. Amity has always loved the stage and as a child performed on numerous TV shows as well as with Bindi Irwin, Little Britain and Totally Wild. Amity attempts to be the organised one of the group although the state of her room would say otherwise... She is also good at bamboozling. After completing school Amity was awarded a scholarship to study Bond University. Juggling both Study and music has been a challenge that Amity has relished in.
Claudia was born in the Northern Territory and moved to Queensland when she was 2. She’s been playing and singing music since she was very little. Claudia recently graduated from high school in 2013 and begins university in 2015. In 2012 and 2013, Claudia attended Gondwana National Choirs and landed a solo both years. In her spare time when she’s not working full time, Claudia likes to upload songs onto You Tube, spend time with her friends, and eat. She is the baby of the group and is often referred to as the rebel, but only because she steals the other girl’s food. Claudia is definitely the comedian of the group, not without the help of the other girls of course.
Vanessa comes from a musical family and has been playing the viola since she was 4. She and her family moved all over the coast until they finally settled in Bundaberg when she was 11, where Vanessa completed her schooling on a music scholarship. Vanessa, like the other girls had been successful in many competitions, however it was not until she joined forces with her friends, that she realised how rewarding and incredible performing can be in a group. Vanessa also won a scholarship to study psychology at Bond University on completing school. In the group, she loves creating the harmonies and developing new arrangements for songs from a range of different musical genres.
Radha came to Australia from Nairobi, Kenya when she was seven years old. She had no idea what a stringed instrument was let alone that she would ever play one! Thanks to help from amazing string teachers, she played her first cello at eight, and has never stopped since. From playing in her first orchestra, to college bands, collaborations with other artists, recording with friends and participating in a short film, nothing brings her greater joy than playing in Quatro. Whether it is busking, playing on stage, roving or trying to be funny on the microphone, she feels most at home when playing with the three girls who have seen her grow and develop as a musician. Rumor has it that she loves MnM’s, dancing and very high heels
